Get the listing.
Keep the listing.

Win the seller at the kitchen table with a presentation in your name. Then keep them with a weekly report on where their home stands, sent from your own inbox until it sells.

Sellers don’t fire you over the price. They fire the silence.

Weeks go by, the phone stays quiet, and the seller starts telling themselves a story where you forgot about them. A weekly report is what breaks that silence, and most agents know it.

The trouble is that a good one takes real time, and the week a listing gets hard is the week you have the least of it. Log into the MLS. Run the search. Open every comp and judge every photo. Pull the showings, take out your own, copy the feedback. Do the math. Write the email.

Six steps.
Every listing. Every week.
  • × Cross-referencing MLS and your showing platform by hand — tab after tab after tab
  • × Scrolling through hundreds of photos to judge flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, and paint colors
  • × Fighting broken filters and platform quirks just to get basic showing data
  • × Counting confirmed showings, leaving out your own, tracking feedback by hand
  • × Writing the same email structure over and over, filling in numbers by hand
The whole idea in 74 seconds. The captions are part of the picture, so it plays fine with the sound off.

What lands in your seller's inbox.

Not a newsletter. Not a ZIP-code stat sheet. A market analysis of their home, in your voice, with every number from your own MLS.

Your market update — 15 Hillcrest Dr

Hi Dana — here's where things stand this week.

We saw 7 showings over the past week; the market averaged 4.2 showings per listing in your area.

1510 Oak Ridge Dr — new on the market
2,380 sqft • $489,000 • updated kitchen, oak cabinets
975 Sunridge Blvd — went under contract
2,510 sqft • listed $545,000 • 18 days on market
“Nice home but clients wanted a larger backyard. Pool is a plus but lot feels small.” — showing feedback, buyer's agent

Homes here that sold in the last 90 days went under contract in an average of 22 days, at an average of $539,167. If anything here raises a question before the next report, I'm a call or a reply away.

— You

  • Live, not recycled
Showings from the showing service you already use, comps from your own MLS — from your export or the extension, the moment you build the report, never a canned area stat.
  • AI that reads the photos
Every comp's photos are compared against your seller's home — finishes, palette, condition — and described in plain sentences you can edit. This part comes with the extension.
  • Buyer agents, verbatim
Real showing feedback, quoted word for word — and you read every email before it goes, so what reaches your seller is always your call. The market delivers the hard message so you don't have to.
  • Averages that match the list
The closed averages are recomputed from the exact homes shown above them, every time. One wrong comp costs a seller's trust — so the math is never approximate.
  • Your name on everything
No vendor logo, no “powered by.” Set it up once and every report goes out under your name, from your own address.

One platform for the whole life of the listing.

Most agents have nothing to put in front of a seller between listing day and closing day. That gap is where listings are lost — and where they're won. Get The Listing, Keep The Listing gives you the right piece for each of the three moments that decide it.

At the table
Win the listing.
Every agent at that table makes promises. You put a report on it: “This is what you'll receive from me every week until your home sells.” One click builds the full report with your name on it — print it, hand it over. Anyone can make that promise. This one keeps itself.
In the box: presentation sample • interactive listing presentation • pricing brief • pre-listing packet • seller homework • presentation deck • seller net sheet • first report lands about a week after the sign goes up
Week one
Launch the listing.
Add the listing's details and photos once, and the app builds its launch kit from them — print-ready, post-ready, and branded to you and only you. The market pieces add the homes nearby.
Day 60
Keep the listing.
A listing that sits is a relationship at risk. Every week the seller hears nothing, they get closer to interviewing another agent. The report changes that math: they see the showings, the comps, the feedback — and what you're doing about it. Informed sellers stay to the close — and a seller who never has to chase you for an update spends that energy telling friends and family instead. That's where the next listing comes from.
In the box: the full report, due every week • listing timeline • work log • Where We Stand • appraiser packet • offer comparison • due-list tracking • what changed since the last report

Straight out of the app

This could have your name on it.

Not a mockup and not a template. Every piece below was built by the app itself, one click each, from a single sample listing — the same build that runs on yours. The only thing that changes for you is whose name is on it, and whose listing it is. Ours is on none of it, ever.

The report email
What your seller gets every week. Showings against the market. Every comp with photos and a plain description. Buyer-agent feedback in their own words. And sold averages that match the exact homes listed right above them.
Print-ready Just Listed flyer — hero photo, price banner, listing facts strip, MLS description, photo strip, and agent contact block
The listing flyer
Print-ready the day the sign goes up — hero photo, price, the facts, your MLS description, your contact block. No designer, no Canva night, no vendor logo in the corner.
The interactive listing presentation's cover in the agent's color. It shows the address, a promise to the seller, the agent, and the front of the home.
The interactive listing presentation
The listing appointment on one screen, in your color. Add the homes nearby, or let the extension pull them, and its numbers fill themselves in. The only blanks left are the seller’s answers, and you type them in while you talk. It runs off an iPad with no signal, and it prints.
Area market snapshot — average days from listing to contract, sale pace out of ten homes, and price ranges, computed from the report's own comp pull
The area market snapshot
The market around the listing, from the same comp pull the report uses. Counts, averages and pace, never a neighbor’s address. Sized for a post or the sign-in table.
See it with your name on it.

Put in your name and your team, and the full sample set rebrands to you on the spot — the report, the flyer, the packet, all of it. It is the same swap the app does for a paying agent, so what you see is what you would send.

Takes you straight to the sample kit with your name on it. Your name and email come to us, not to a mailing list. Nothing is installed and nothing is charged.

Built from sample data by the app itself — not a design team, not a template site. Read the full sample reports to see everything the email says.

Your file or one click. Real report. Your voice.

Get The Listing, Keep The Listing builds the report and the finished email. Add the homes nearby from the spreadsheet file your MLS exports, type your showings, and read what it made. Change anything you want, then send it from your own inbox. The email reads like you wrote it, because it uses your exact template and your exact words. The browser extension does the pulling for you, from your own signed-in tabs, and adds the photo comparison. It is in final testing and is included in your subscription.

1
Pick the listing, or type the address.
Then add what the report is built from. Export the homes nearby from your MLS as a spreadsheet file and add it here, then type your showings. With the extension, click Run and skip both.
A file, or 1 click
2
The extension does the pulling.
Rides the MLS tab you're already signed into, runs the comp search, saves the photos, reads each listing's details. Then your showing platform: every showing, every piece of buyer-agent feedback, plus the market's pace where your showing platform publishes it. The same screens you would open by hand, opened for you.
Runs on its own, with the extension
3
AI vision analyzes every photo.
With the extension, it builds a visual fingerprint of your listing — color palette, flooring, cabinets, bathroom style. Then it compares every comp against it. Flags seashell sinks, earth tones, dated fixtures. Recommends include or exclude with reasoning you can read.
Runs on its own, with the extension
4
You review. You decide. You send.
A review screen shows every comp, with the AI's assessment when the extension ran. Toggle any decision. Edit the words about any home. When you're satisfied, hit Generate — the app produces a complete seller email with showing counts, market stats, the new homes nearby, and feedback. Copy, paste into whatever email you use, done.

Everything included

If a listing needs it, it's in here.

Not eight marquee features — the complete inventory. One subscription, everything below, nothing sold separately.

Built for whoever does this work. Usually that is you.

On your own
Every seller hears from you every week.
You are the whole operation. The report that used to eat an evening now takes a click, and it goes out under your name, in your words, whether you had the time that week or not.
On a team
Give your best person the hours back.
Whoever does this today — you, an assistant, whoever runs the office — gets those hours back. Every seller on the book hears from the team every week, like clockwork. That consistency keeps listings from walking, and promising it at the table wins the next one.
Running a brokerage
Every agent sends the same professional report.
Each agent runs it under their own name, in their own words, with your broker line on every piece. Priced per agent, with a brokerage rate at ten or more, so the newest agent in the office sends the same report as the top producer.

One listing — won or kept — pays for years of Get The Listing, Keep The Listing.

Before you ask.

That's half the point. One click builds your sample report, with your name on it. Now you can put a promise on the table that few agents make: “You'll get this from me every week until your home sells.” Win the listing and the launch kit follows: a flyer, social captions, and a market snapshot you can share, all built from the details you add for the listing and the homes nearby, or from its report. The open-house signs, room cards and invites are ready the same day. Grab a sample report to see what the seller sees.
Good. Then you know what they cost you. Get The Listing, Keep The Listing builds that update for you. You add the homes nearby from your MLS export and type your showings, or the extension reads them from your own MLS and showing service. It covers the showings against the pace of the market, the homes nearby that came on or went under contract, and what buyer agents said. You read it and send it from your own email, so it still goes out in the weeks you had no time to write it. The weekly seller report is included in your subscription.
Keep it. A CMA answers one question, once: what the home is worth. The weekly report answers the questions your seller asks every week after the sign goes up. How many people came to see it, and how that compares with the homes around it. What came on the market and what went under contract. What buyer agents said about the house and the price. One helps you set the price. The other keeps your seller with you while the market tests it.
No. Your seller sees your name, your logo and your words. There is no vendor logo and no “powered by” line anywhere on it, and you can write the email in your own template. The line that says where the asking price sits against recent sales stays off until you turn it on. And you read every email before it goes out, so nothing reaches a seller that you would not have sent yourself.
Your dashboard, with your name, logo and color set once in Settings. From that first day you can build the Interactive Listing Presentation and the Seller Homework for any address. The open-house pieces are ready too: signs, room cards, a buyer survey, invites and a coloring page. So are your Meet the Agent card, a Local Guide, a Tips Carousel and the Buyer Tour Sheet. The flyer and the captions build from the details and photos you add for a listing. The market snapshot and the pricing brief build from the homes nearby, which you add from the file your MLS exports. You can build a seller report the same day: add the homes, type your showings, read it, and copy it into your email. The extension does that part for you. The demo shows every one of them on a sample listing.
Any MLS you can sign into in a browser. Today you add the homes nearby from the spreadsheet file your MLS exports, with nothing to connect. The extension reads the same screens you search by hand, from your own signed-in session. Either way there is no data feed to buy and no password to hand over. If yours is not connected yet, say the word and we will connect it. We turn those around fast.
Yes. That is exactly why the system runs in your own browser, not on a server somewhere else. When the extension reads your showings, the request comes from your computer on your office network, which your service already trusts. You do not need a VPN or any workaround.
Because you're already signed in. The extension is optional: you can build a report without it, from your MLS export. With it, the app rides the browser where your MLS session and showings service already live. No second login, no stored MLS password, and nothing to install besides the extension itself. The extension works in any Chromium-based browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, and Opera. Firefox is planned; Safari isn't supported.
Any showings service you can sign into in a browser. Your showings and your buyer-agent feedback come from whatever service your office already uses. Type them in from there, or let the extension read them for you. If yours is not connected yet, ask — we add it.
Your account password is stored scrambled, in a form we cannot turn back into your password. Your MLS and showing-service passwords never come to us at all. The extension never asks for them. It works in the browser tabs you sign into yourself, so there is nothing for us to hold. The app sends us a few things. A check that your subscription is active. A report id and a count, so we can bill you. And, when the extension grades comps, the cost of those AI calls and the listing photos and details it asks our AI to grade, for the comps and for your seller's own home. It never sends your passwords, your seller's name or contact details, or the listing address, and the homes file you add never leaves your browser. The one exception is texting. If you choose to text a seller from the app, that message and their mobile number pass through our texting service to be delivered. We do not keep either.
With the extension, the app shows each comp's photos to an AI and asks how that home compares to your seller's: the kitchen, the floors, the bathrooms, the colors, and problems like dated fixtures. The AI is included and runs on our account. Nothing to sign up for, no key to manage, no surprise bills. Your subscription covers it. A report built from your own file has no photo comparison.
Absolutely. The review screen shows every comp and lets you edit the words about it. With the extension, each one also carries the AI's assessment and a description you can change. Keep a comp the app dropped, drop one it kept. You have the final say.
As many as you need. Every listing, every week, for every agent on your plan. There is no report cap and no per-report charge, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
Per agent. Each agent who runs reports is one seat at $49 a month, and a team of three pays $147. Add or remove agents any time; the change is prorated on your next invoice. Brokerages with ten or more agents get a lower rate — email support@commandmodule.com and we will set it up.
Not if you join at the founding price. The first 100 accounts pay $49 per agent per month, and it stays $49 for as long as you keep your subscription — agents you add later are $49 too. It never jumps to $69. After the first 100, new accounts pay $69. If you cancel and come back later, the price in effect then applies. Any sales tax we are required to collect is added on top. The details are in the Terms.
Tony Eggleston built it, still writes the code, answers the support email and picks up the phone at (817) 516-4400. That matters here more than it usually does, because every report goes out under your name and not ours. Read who he is and why he built this.
